Welcome to the World, Charlotte!

Chuck and I would like to introduce everyone to our perfectly beautiful daughter, Charlotte Jane. Charlotte was born Friday, March 14th at 11:04pm. My water broke around 5:30am that morning and Chuck and I headed off to the hospital. Eighteen hours later, little Charlotte arrived wide-eyed and perfect!

We've been at home for about 3 days now and are just enjoying getting to know our little girl (and sleeping whenever possible). Charlotte loves to be swaddled and held....she is a real cuddler! She is a good sleeper and has to be woken up at night to be fed.

Here's a few of our favorite pictures from the last few days! Please check back often to see Charlotte grow and change!

Born wide awake and checking everything out!

Swaddling puts her right to sleep!

Coming home.

Hanging out at home!

Charlotte loves her Grandma, Babs! Chuck's mom came the day Charlotte was born and a has been helping us out at home. It is wonderful to have her here. She's the BEST!

Meeting her sistier, Amelia.

We love you, Charlotte, and can't wait to squeeze your tiny little body (not too hard!) and give you many kisses. :)

Congratulations, Chuck and Heather! CJM is absolutely beautiful!

My favorite picture is the one with Chuck holding the car seat... and the neighbor's recliner in the front lawn. You can take the girl out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the girl.
